Cauldron Falls / West Burton waterfall and Walden Beck in verdant summer woodland

Cauldron Falls waterfall

Cauldron Falls are formed where the Walden Beck flows over a rocky shelf and falls about twenty feet into a very deep plunge pool.

The waterfall is a very short walk from the village green of West Burton in Bishopdale, hence its alternative name: West Burton Waterfall.
