Wintry Crinkle Crags and Bow Fell
A panoramic wintery view of Crinkle Crags and Bow Fell with the distinctive crag of Pike of Stickle in the middle distance.
Having watched the sun rise from Harrison Stickle, I turned round to see the first light of the day strike snow-covered fells lining the head of Langdale. The day’s walking was treacherous over the icy rocks but the effort was well worth it for views like this.
