East Gill Force waterfall

East Gill waterfall is a 15-foot waterfall in East Gill not far from its confluence with the River Swale.

In the summer, the pool is a popular place for a paddle as its only a short walk from the village of Keld. This photo was taken at dusk, long after all the paddlers had gone. The red berries on the rowan tree add a nice splash of colour.
