Eel Crag on Crag Hill

While taking a rest at the junction of paths at Coledale Hause under Crag Hill. the briefest of gaps appeared in an otherwise grey evening. Quickly I managed to grab this shot looking up towards Eel Crag on the northern face of Crag Hill’s summit.

Given that it was basically a grab shot I am very happy with this photo. Straight away afterwards I set up my kit properly and re-framed the photo. However by the time I was ready the light had gone. Fortunately I had already bagged a good photo although I didn’t know it at the time.
