Eel Crag and Grasmoor from Grisedale Pike
Looking along the ruined dry stone wall on Grisedale Pike towards the distant fells of Sail, Crag Hill and Grasmoor.
Having climbed Grisedale Pike on a hot summer’s day under blue skies I was hoping for a clear sunset. As the evening approached high cloud rolled in though and my hopes were dashed. I did manage to take this photo though, just before the sun disappeared behind cloud.
