I was actually after a stunning dawn shot on this morning but cloud conspired against me so I improvised. Having climbed up Pike How before dawn, an outlying crag on the Langdale Pikes, I saw this view of the Great Langdale Beck meandering down the sleepy valley and liked the composition.
