Landscape photography of the Lakes, Dales, Moors and Wolds
High Seat from Bleaberry Fell
High Seat is the high point on the ridge separating the Thirlmere valley from Borrowdale. Its far from being the most spectacular ridge in the Lakes but does offer some decent moorland which springs into colour in august.
This photo wasn’t taken in summer though. Despite this the red colours of the snowy moor contrast nicely with the blue skies.
