Lingcove Bridge

Lingcove Bridge over Lingcove Beck near the convergence with the River Esk.

The walk from the remote farm at Brothilkeld up the Esk Valley is through one of the remotest areas in the Lakes. On reaching the ancient packhorse bridge of Lingcove Bridge the route steepens and becomes truly wild and untouched.
