Middleton Woods bluebells in flower among beech trees

Middleton Woods bluebells

A cluster of beech trees growing in a sea of flowering bluebells in Middleton Woods.

This was taken on one of my annual spring trips to Middleton Woods on the edge of Ilkley. Each time I visit I come away with totally different photos as the woods cover a good few acres and I see something new each year.

Oh, and I know Ilkley is outside the National Park but it is in Wharfedale and there is nowhere else to put this photo on my site!
