Wain Wath Force waterfall

Wain Wath Force might be one of the smaller waterfalls in Swaledale, but it is one of the most attractive.

The Kirkby Stephen road runs next to this stretch of the infant River Swale making the falls easy to get to. The limestone cliff of Cotterby Scar lies on the other bank and can be seen in the background.
