Walla Crag and Skiddaw from Falcon Crag at golden sunset

Walla Crag from Falcon Crag at sunset

Walla Crag shrouded in the trees of Great Wood guards the road along the eastern shore of Derwent Water.

The crag is a popular fell to climb as it is easily accessible from Keswick. Also the summit offers superb views across Derwent Water towards Bassenthwaite Lake and beyond.

This photo was taken while out on a sunset shoot from the neighbouring Falcon Crag.
