Landscape photography of the Lakes, Dales, Moors and Wolds
The view looking down the High Cup Gill valley from High Cup Nick is well worth the long climb from Dufton along the Pennine Way. This is especially true in winter when the sun sets at the opposite end of the valley. However photographing this view is a challenge as it involves shooting towards the setting sun.
This was my best attempt: I like how it appears as if both the start and end of High Cupgill Beck can be seen.
